Print out of the Application Form along with Demand Draft of Rs.100/- drawn in favour of "IGNOU-VIEP INSTITUTION FEE A/C", Payable at New Delhi, should reach the following address on or before 15.08.2011 failing which the application form will not be accepted even though submitted online.
