Graduates in Agriculture and allied disciplines from recognized university/institutions. The final year students completing degree by July 2005 may also apply.Admission Procedure: All India Entrance Test, Groups Discussion and Interview on 10th Aug. 2005.

Eligibility:
® Must have passed the Senior School Examination conducted by a statutory Board of 12 years study under 10+2 pattern of Secondary Education with Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics and English as compulsory subjects or any other examination recognized equivalent.
® Must have obtained at least 60% or more marks in the aggregate at the said examination and in the relevant group (Phy, Chem & Maths) of subject prescribed for admission or passed ICAR entrance test.
® The admission of the students nominated by ICAR after commencement of the session, can be done with the condition that the students will be able to complete 75% of the attendance requirement and course contents, otherwise the admission will be denied

Maharana Pratap University of Agriculture and Technology is the University situated in Udaipur city in Rajasthan state in India. The Government of Rajasthan had founded this University by the bifurcation of Rajasthan Agriculture University, Bikaner on November 1, 1999. Since then it has been the principal academic institution supporting mainly south and south-eastern parts of Rajasthan, taking the national responsibility of identifying, designing, preparing and adapting new techniques in the field of production technology for Agricultural development.
