How To Apply:
· Prospectus & forms are available from the admission office of the Academy on payment of Rs. 300/- for the certificate and diploma courses and Rs. 400/- for the degree & diploma courses affiliated by the university towards registration. Payments vide cheque/DD to be made in favor of Sadhna Foundation.
· All documents mentioned in checklist provided with the application form, along with 4 passport size photographs MUST be attached while submitting the form.
· Candidates will be required to produce original documents on demand.
· When applying for more than one program, separate forms are required to be put in for each course.
· Forms received after the last date will not be entertained.
