How to Get Prospectus-Cum-Application Form:

The Prospectus-cum-Application Forms can be obtained from the following selected Sale Centres on deposit of Rs. 500/- (Rupees five hundred) only in shape of Bank Draft/ Bankers Cheque.

Udayagiri/ Mahisapat/ RRTTS, Jeypore/ Motto/ Jute Research Station, Kendrapara/ HARS, Pottangi / Joshipur Farm, Mayurbhanj/ Sugarcane Research Station, Nayagarh/ Centre for Pulse Research Station, Berhampur/ Krishi Vigyan Kendra, Bhanjanagar/ Baliapal/ Deogarh, Gambharipalli/ Angul/ Barachana/ Kirei, Sundargarh / Rayagada/ Jagatsinghpur/ Boudh/ Nuapada / Sonepur/ Malkangiri/ Shyamakhunta/ Jharsuguda/ Sakhigopal/ R. ·          The Prospectus-cum-Application Forms can also be obtained on Cash Payment of Rs. 515/- (Rupees five hundred fifteen) only for each from the State Bank of India, OUAT Campus Branch, Bhubaneswar during the office hour of SBI.

·          The candidates interested to get the Prospectus-cum-Application Forms by post should request to the Assistant Registrar (Acd), OUAT, Bhubaneswar: 751003 well in advance along with a Bank Draft / Banker Cheque of Rs. 550/- (Rupees five hundred fifty) only for each form. The Bank Draft / Bankers Cheque received after the last date for sale of Application Form is not refundable.

·          The candidates may access OUAT Website. http://ouat.ac.in to download the U.G. Prospectus and Application Form. While submitting the Application Form. A., they must enclose a Bank Draft/ Bankers Cheque for Rs. 500/- (Rupees five hundred) only for each form towards Application Fees.

·          Drawal of Bank Draft / Bankers Cheque for the required amount should be drawn in favour of the Comptroller, OUAT, Bhubaneswar -3. Payable at any Nationalized Bank located at Bhubaneswar. The candidates should write their name in full on the reverse right side corner of the Bank Draft / Bankers Cheque. The Prospectus-cum-Application Forms is not transferable. The Old Question Booklets of previous years will be available for sale at the above Sale Centres only on Cash Payment of Rs. 20/- (Rupees twenty) each. At Bhubaneswar the same will be available in the Academic-I Section, OUAT (Proper), Bhubaneswar-3. No request will be entertained for sending the Question Booklets by post. The above Question Booklets will be sold as per the availability of stock.
