PG Diploma in Hydro Power Plant Engineering (PGDHPPE)

Eligibility:
Degree in Mech. /Elect. Or equivalent from a recognized Engineering College/University with minimum of 60% marks. Those who have appeared for final year examination can also apply with bonafide certificate from College/University however admission will be confirmed only if marks obtained are minimum of 60%.

SELECTION PROCEDURE: Merit basis (% of marks of qualifying engineering degree).
AGE LIMIT: Maximum 27 years as on 25.07.2011. No age limit for sponsored candidates.
TOTAL SEATS: 40 (Forty). Reservation for SC/ST/PH is applicable as per Govt. norms.

PLACEMENT: NPTI maintains close linkages with the Hydro Power utilities for the placement of students.  100% placement assistance. All the students of 2010-11 were placed in reputed Hydro Power Generation companies.
