Application form and Prospectus can be obtained from the Directorate of Open and Distance Learning (DODL), Jamia Hamdard on payment of Rs. 500/-. Form can also be downloaded from the web site and submitted by post with a fee of Rs. 500/- in the form of Demand Draft. For receiving application form by post, please send a demand draft of Rs. 600/- to the Director, Directorate of Open and Distance Learning, Jamia Hamdard, New Delhi 110062. Demand Draft to be in favour of JAMIA HAMDARD payable at NEW DELHI. Submit your application form directly to the University in person or by post.

Our Revered Founder Janab Hakeem Abdul Hameed Saheb, a true Gandhian in spirit and simplicity was born in Delhi on September 14, 1908. No account of Hakeem Saheb can be complete without the mention of his illustrious father, Janab Hakeem Hafiz Abdul Majeed and his mother Rabia Begum. Hakeem Hafiz Abdul Majeed received and improved the ancient system of Unani medicine and therapeutics.
