Eligibility:
· Candidates should have graduated with a full-time degree from any recognised University with a minimum of 50% marks.
· Candidates appearing for their final degree exam/final semester exam in the current year are also eligible to apply.
B. Sc. Degree from any recognized university with Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, Computer Science or Applied Science. Other equivalent educational background may be considered.
How To Apply:
NO ENTRANCE EXAMINATION. Application form can be obtained by sending a DD for Rs.500/- drawn in favour of “VIT University”, payable at Vellore, to the Admission Officer with a letter containing full address of the applicant OR By handing over a DD for Rs.500/- in person at VIT University, Vellore or at Chennai Administrative Office.

VIT University, commonly called Vellore Institute of Technology or VIT, is located in Vellore, Tamil Nadu, India. VIT has nine schools which offer 15 undergraduate and 30 postgraduate programs with an emphasis on engineering and technology and 13 research centers in disciplines like Rapid Prototyping, Manufacturing, Product Design, Energy, Biomedical Research, Information Technology, Nanotechnology.
VIT University is located on a campus just off the Katpadi–Ranipet state highway. The campus is divided in two by the Chennai–Bangalore railway line. The academic portion of the campus and the women's hostels are located to the south of the railway tracks while the northern portion is occupied by the men's hostels and the outdoor stadium. The southern side of the campus also houses four major auditoria and two major food service areas.
