How To Apply:

Application: - Students apply by submitting the application form and requirements to the Office for Student Services, Admissions and Registration (SSAR).

Applicants are required to submit a properly accomplished application form. The form can be obtained by requesting for hard copies from the SSAR, or by downloading the copy from the website.

The form must be submitted with the following requirements:

       Admissions essays (see page 4 of the application form)

       Original or Authenticated copy of Certificate of live birth (for Filipinos) or passport identification page with the validity page (for overseas students)

       Transcript of Academic Records indicating that the student obtained the bachelor’s degree. Sometimes, the information is contained in a separate certificate.

       Recommendation Forms (Professional and Academic). These are also downloadable from the website.

       Certificate of Employment. For MBA applicants, indicating at least 2 years of work experience; for MM, MDM and EMBA applicants, indicating at least 6 years of work experience (3 years of either managerial or supervisory work is required).
